SHEET METAL PROCESSING
Our subsidiary Metaalwerken Bergen op Zoom BV is our supplier when it comes to sheet metal components. Manufacturing a faultless product starts with selecting adequate production techniques. Components are made of steel, stainless steel and aluminium and they range from simple semi-finished products to more complex welding assemblies. Our fully automated machinery enables us to continue producing unattended at nights and in weekends. We use fully automatic production techniques in for example bending, welding and robot laser welding.
POWDER COATING
Solid powder coating requires a solid quality assurance. We possess a modern powder coating installation that enables us to work either by hand or by using robots. In case of single components we use a smaller cabin for manual work.
We use a wide range of measuring tools to determine the layer thickness (curing of the coating) and restrict spoilage to a bare minimum. We coat according to ION standards. Would you like more information? Just contact us. We will be pleased to help you out.
ASSEMBLY
As system supplier we build machines and tools that comply with the customer’s system assembly requirements and specifications. Our own, in-house assembly plant makes us a quick and flexible partner. Next to assembly we can also conduct extensive tests on systems and (mechatronic) modules and certify them.
WELDING
Our huge experience plus the fact that we have always been moving along with developments and innovations has made us specialist in TIG-welding of aluminium and laser welding of stainless steel. Our professionals possess the skills and knowledge required to make each project a success. Together we make unambiguous arrangements in advance on the work to be done. Our richly equipped welding division facilitates both manual and robot welding of sheet metal products (MIG/TIG and laser).
LASER WELDING
Laser welding a product presupposes adequate construction and precision. BOZ Group is the Netherlands’ only to possess three robotised laser welding plants mainly for stainless steel products, virtually without any need for finishing.
HOUSING
In this specific market segment we produce housing for various applications. Each housing design accounts for its corresponding functions, is unique and is manufactured precisely according to specification. Provided, obviously, with supreme-value finishing and conforming to the strictest standards regarding squareness, lifecycle management and zero defect.
